What’s in the box?
Stir fry mix, radishes, sweet peppers, beans, garlic, salad greens.
- We have various kinds of fall greens thriving in these cooler autumn temperatures. Many are ready for harvest now, so we combined a selection into a delicious stir fry mix for you to try. Included are Chinese broccoli, bok choy, kale and a new one for us – Chijimisai greens. Chijimisai are a beautiful Asian green, with velvety textured leaves and a mild, slightly sweet taste. High in minerals, protein and Vitamin A these greens are excellent in stir fries, and also salads, soups, lasagna and as a pizza topping. (We have included our favourite stir fry sauce recipe below in case you want to try it.)
